Payment Terms & Conditions
- A minimum booking deposit of 30% of the total package cost must be paid upon booking confirmation.
- The balance payment must be made 7 DAYS prior to the Travel date.
- Payments once made are non-transferable and non-refundable, except under the company's written discretion.
- All payments must be made through approved payment modes (bank transfer, Cheque, UPI, credit card, etc.).
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 WORKING DAYS after verification, and only through the original payment mode.
Tour/Travel Package Terms & Conditions
- The company reserves the right to cancel or re-price the package if there are changes in government taxes, fuel surcharges, exchange rates, or other unforeseen cost changes.
- We, as a company, are a service provider and a liaison on behalf of third parties such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other service providers. It shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, delay, damage, or irregularity caused by third-party services.
- Itinerary and services are subject to change due to weather conditions, flight delays, roadblocks, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Travelers are required to follow the tour schedule and instructions of the tour manager or local guide.
- All sightseeing is provided on a point-to-point basis.
- The company will not be liable for any loss of personal belongings, valuables, or documents during the tour.
- Any expenses arising due to delay, cancellation, or missed connections are to be borne by the traveler.
- If payments are not made on time, the services will be withheld.
- Health and safety requirements (including vaccinations or travel advisories) are the traveler's responsibility.
- The company shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, accident, or death during the tour.
