Hotel Policy:

• Hotel check-in: 15:00, check-out: 12:00.
• Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and additional cost.

• Breakfast served as per hotel timing; no carry-away boxes guaranteed during early tours.

Room Policy:

• Maximum occupancy in rooms according to hotel rules (2 Adults + 1 Child unless specified).
• Triple rooms are usually 1 Double Bed + 1 Extra Bed, not a full-size extra bed.

Child Policy (Oman Standard):

• 0-5 years: Free / minimal charge (depending on the activity).
• 6-11 years: Child rate applies.
• 12+ years considered adult.
• Child swimming at wadis / islands at parent's responsibility.

Transport Policy:

• Tours operated in Private AC Car / 4WD / Minibus / Coach depending on group size.
• 4WD mandatory for Jebel Akhdar, Jebel Shams & Desert entry (Oman Police rule).
• Seatbelts compulsory by law.
• No smoking allowed in vehicles.
• Pickup timing may vary due to traffic or weather.

Weather & Safety Guidelines (Oman Law):

• Activities like Wadi Shab, Dimaniyat, Jabal Akhdar, Wahiba Sands depend strictly on daily weather conditions.
• During rain/flood warnings, wadis are closed by Royal Oman Police (ROP).
• In case of sea roughness, boat activities may be cancelled without prior notice for safety reasons.
• No refunds for force majeure conditions; rescheduling will be attempted.

Activity Conditions:

• Dolphin watching & Dimaniyat tours operate subject to Oman Coast Guard approval.
• Wadi Shab requires a light walk of 35-45 mins; guests with mobility issues must avoid.
• Desert camps may have limited amenities compared to city hotels.

Visa Responsibility:

• Visa assistance provided; approval depends on Oman Immigration.
• FusionFly holds no responsibility for visa rejection or delay.
• Guests must carry valid passport with 6-month validity.

Payment Terms:

• 50% advance at the time of confirmation.
• Remaining 50% must be paid 15 days prior to arrival.
• Booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received.

Amendment Policy:

• Any change in itinerary after confirmation is subject to availability & rate changes.
• Hotel amendments during peak season may incur surcharges.

Force Majeure:

• FusionFly is not liable for delays caused due to weather, natural calamities, government restrictions, or operational conditions.
• Alternative arrangements will be offered when possible.

Airport Transfer Rules:

• Waiting time at airport: 60 minutes after flight landing.
• Extra waiting charges apply beyond standard waiting time.

Client Responsibilities:

• Guests must follow local rules regarding dress code during mosque visits.
• Guests are responsible for personal belongings during tours.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
